Lovely staff, very nice and spacious room and amenities. It's a little out of town but otherwise relaxing. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The building is beautiful, the room is well decorated. The location is excellent and stunning, it's near beautiful pond and the city centre.

The rooms here are modern and the bathrooms are roomy with a great view of the garden, and it's only a short 15-minute drive to Rosenhohe Park from this place!

Choosing a hotel that provides a well-equipped place for undisturbed meetings among a small circle of participants has always been important. At Hotel Jagdschloss Kranichstein, this need was met perfectly. The facilities were top-notch, allowing for a successful roundtable discussion.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.

Very very nice and outstandingly accommodating staff during our stay. Unique building and immaculately clean rooms with comfortable bed. Enjoyable breakfast combined with amazing service.

The location was stunning and lovely, really close to an old castle and a park which was nice to take a hike in after being in town all day. Furthermore, close to the city centre or near trams.

The venue itself is amazing! Charming buildings, nicely renovated, and the forest with the lake is super cool to have an evening walk after or before dinner. The room was tiny but very clean and well-equipped, with a perfect mattress. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of fresh food. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. I will recommend this hotel despite some drawbacks.

We always like in-room coffee makers, but that is just a very small criticism.

The hotel is situated in a very green area which is perfect for taking walks surrounded by nature. The breakfast was good with fresh orange juice and a variety of bread. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room was clean.

The staff was not welcoming nor friendly, and the service was slow. The Wi-Fi didn't work properly in the room, and there was a persistent bad smell in the bathroom.

The hotel's dog-friendly policy and proximity to a forest make it ideal for pet owners. Additionally, the breakfast served here is one of the best I've had, with wonderful attention to detail.

Location was ideal for our city trip, close to public transport and attractions. The room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options for all tastes and dietary requirements.

The staff lacked enthusiasm and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. We had to wait for a long time during check-in and check-out, and the receptionist was unfriendly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the forest in the historic surroundings was breathtaking. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast had exceptional quality and a wide variety of options. Additionally, the staff was friendly and always quick to respond.
